Mr. Aga Faquir Mohammad is a leading expert in Maritime and Shipping Law with extensive experience handling cases in the High Court and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has authored numerous articles and books on Admiralty and Shipping Law, including the Maritime and Shipping Dictionary, Merchant Shipping Ordinance 2001 with commentary, and Electronic Transaction Ordinance 2002 with commentary, which are recognized as the only comprehensive references on these subjects in Pakistan. He has also served as a lecturer for LLM students at Sindh Muslim Law College, Karachi.
